Our orders are shipped priority mail via the United States Postal Service. As usual, we are still sending and operating processing in 3-5 Business days. (This Excludes Weekends And National Holidays). When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available. Please note these are only estimates; orders may arrive before or after the expected time frame.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Yes, we do offer to ship to [International countries].

PLEASE NOTE: When Love Tu Shop The Tiny Box ships all international packages, "Delivery Duties are Unpaid." This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are NOT charged by Illusions of Tu and are the customer's responsibility at the delivery time. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to Illusions of Tu, we will not resend your package and instead of issuing store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including the shipping fee).
