Low Tide Training is led by Meghan Dorsey—a surfer, certified Mat Pilates and Yoga instructor, and emergency room nurse now based in Nicaragua.
What started as training to get stronger for surfing turned into a consistent practice of building strength and endurance to support an active life in and out of the water.
Her background as an ER nurse brings a deeper understanding of the body and a focus on efficient, effective workouts that don’t require a gym or hours of your day.
Living by the ocean, she built a routine around the rhythm of the tides—training when the waves aren’t there, and surfing when they are. That balance inspired Low Tide Training.
Her approach is rooted in a simple belief: movement is medicine—and with a blend of Pilates, yoga, strength, and mobility, these workouts help you move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent.
