I’m Lucy King, a BANT Registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in women’s hormone health, with a passion for helping women understand their bodies and feel confident in them. I support women who are dealing with hormonal imbalances, PCOS, post-pill symptoms and cycle concerns using a root-cause, whole-body approach that looks at nutrition, lifestyle, mindset and nervous system health.
