Unfortunately, refunds will result in you getting removed/banned from my shop! It's nothing about you as a person, it's just that you could've grabbed all the files and refunded after uploading em.

If it's something like you have a problem with uploading or using an asset/avatar, then open a ticket and explain why with proof of removal of files! Then and ONLY THEN will I allow a refund.

Open a ticket in my server! Asset-specific problems I sometimes can't solve if they're within Blender. It might've been a mistake that you made in the process of building, but i'll still gladly help you out if you have a problem!
