Who is Leslie Christina?

I spent sixteen years in corporate sales, marketing, and leadership- hitting the targets, coaching the teams, building the playbooks that made other people money. I was really good at it. I was also watching brilliant women all around me stay quiet about what they were worth, undercharge for work that changed lives, and wait to be picked rather than bet on themselves.

I know that feeling because I lived it.

So I left to build byLeslieChristina, and I brought the whole toolbox with me. Everything I learned closing deals and leading teams in the corporate world, I turned into something for the woman who is exceptional at what she does and still not getting paid like it.

Because here is what I believe, all the way down: you are not behind because you are not good enough. You are behind because nobody taught you the part that comes after the skill. How to name what you do. How to price it without flinching. How to get in front of the right people and stand out from everyone doing something similar. That is not a talent gap. It is a strategy gap, and strategy can be taught.

That is the whole reason this storefront exists.

I am a mother raising my son while I build this, so I do not have time for fluff and neither do you. I am also a women's self-defense instructor, which taught me something that shows up in everything I create: confidence is not a feeling you wait for. It is a skill you build, one decision at a time. Every product here is built the same way. No theory you will never use. No course you will start and abandon.
