By purchasing my models, you agree to the following terms:

1. You are NOT permitted to resell, price split, leak, rip or share the files of ANY of my avatars. They are for personal use only.
2. DO NOT upload my avatars to another persons account UNLESS they own the files for the avatar.
3. DO NOT publicly upload my avatars
4. DO NOT take any assets/textures off my models. Credit to the assets/textures are in the description of the models
5. DO NOT make my avatars NSFW All my avatars are SFW
6. DO NOT clam my avatars as your own.
7. You are allowed to edit my avatars as long as they remain recognizable
8. You are allowed to Stream using my avatars but please credit me
9. Please double check the information you filled out to make sure you filled it out correctly
10. If you are gifting to someone, use the gifting function with their email and put their VRChat and Discord
11. You must have basic knowledge of Unity to upload your avatar. I am unable assist with uploading.
12. All of my avatars cannot refunded

Breaking any part of the Terms of Service will result in immediate ban from my shop
