This license permits usage in your registered catalog only. If you violate the license terms or use the files fraudulently, your permission to use them can be revoked immediately.
Please understand you have no legal right to claim copyright infringement if another user has also legitimately purchased the same LyL Hair Texture Files directly from me.
Reporting Unauthorized Use

I’ll review the information, and if it appears to involve my work, I’ll take the appropriate steps myself. Third-Party Texture Extraction Disclaimer
Please be advised that I do not support or endorse the use of third-party texture extraction tools or methods as a means of authenticating or verifying exact texture matches. Such practices often infringe on creators’ rights and may involve unauthorized use of intellectual property. Authentication of my textures should be based on legitimate purchase records, licenses, and official enforcement processes such as DMCA takedown notices.

No Intervention in Creator Disputes or DMCA/DMCA Counter-Notices
Please do not message me on IMVU, Instagram, or other platforms with disputes, accusations, or requests to intervene in DMCA/DMCA counter-notices. While I support content creators, I am not in a position to mediate or resolve personal conflicts. Such matters should be handled directly through IMVU’s official processes. My role is limited to protecting my intellectual property and providing evidence if legally required.
Bullying, harassment, or targeted attacks between creators including verbal or written/text-based attacks in chats, DMs, comments, or posts, are not acceptable and are considered reportable offenses under IMVU’s policies. If you experience this, I encourage you to report it through the proper IMVU channels.
How to Identify Unauthorized Use
- Creators who mix unrelated product icons or falsely claim textures were "found on Google," purchased from Etsy, obtained through other third-party sites, or bought from other content creators.
- Creators who cannot clearly identify or state "LyL Hair Textures" or "Luci" as the original creator when asked may be using textures without proper authorization.
- Creators who claim to have created a texture that is an exact or near-exact copy of one of mine, including recolors, minor edits, or alterations, do not have legitimate ownership and are infringing on my intellectual property.
- Unauthorized third-party sellers of LyL Hair Texture Files (none are authorized to resell)
- Creators who become defensive, distract from the issue, spread misinformation, refuse to answer questions, block communication, or resort to bullying tactics when asked a question about a hair product/texture.
