Your purchase includes a limited commercial-use license that allows you to create beautiful finished products while protecting the original digital artwork.

By purchasing and downloading a design from Lynn's Creative Designs, you agree to the following terms.

YOU MAY

✓ Use the design for personal projects.

✓ Use the design to create finished physical products for your small business.

✓ Sell finished physical products featuring the design, including shirts, sweatshirts, tote bags, tumblers, signs, and other compatible items.

✓ Resize the design as necessary for your physical project.

✓ Use the design with compatible DTF, sublimation, and other printing methods.

YOU MAY NOT

✕ Resell, redistribute, share, trade, or give away the original digital files.

✕ Upload the digital files to Facebook groups, shared drives, file-sharing websites, membership groups, or other file-sharing platforms.

✕ Sell the design as a PNG, PDF, SVG, JPEG, or any other digital file format.

✕ Convert the design to another file format and sell or distribute the converted file.

✕ Modify, trace, recolor, crop, add elements to, or otherwise alter the artwork and then sell the resulting artwork as a digital design.

✕ Claim the artwork or digital design as your own original creation.

✕ Include the digital file in another digital bundle or design collection.

✕ Use the design to create digital templates, digital stickers, downloadable printables, or other digital products for resale.

✕ Sell or distribute DTF transfers, sublimation transfers, screen-print transfers, waterslide decals, or similar ready-to-apply transfers containing the design under the standard license.

✕ Upload the design to print-on-demand services for resale unless separate written permission or an applicable license has been obtained from Lynn's Creative Designs.

SMALL-BUSINESS COMMERCIAL USE

Your purchase includes commercial use for finished physical products produced by you or your small business.

The license belongs to the original purchaser and may not be transferred to another person or business.

Employees, contractors, printers, or production partners may access the file only when necessary to produce physical products specifically on behalf of the licensed purchaser. They may not retain, reuse, sell, share, or distribute the artwork for any other purpose.

DIGITAL FILES

All PNG, PDF, and other downloadable files remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holder(s).

Purchasing a file gives you permission to use the design according to these license terms. It does not transfer ownership of the artwork or copyright to you.

REFUNDS

Due to the digital nature of these products, digital purchases are generally non-returnable and non-refundable after files have been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

If you experience a problem with a file you purchased, please contact Lynn's Creative Designs so I can help resolve the issue.

IMPORTANT

It is the purchaser's responsibility to make sure their equipment, software, printing method, and materials are compatible with the file type being purchased.

Colors may vary between screens, printers, inks, transfers, substrates, and other materials.
