Terms of Service
All sales are final. There is no refunds.
Avatars
- Avatars are not to be made public, unless by the creator, M3k_A (usr_520a0bda-8637-443d-9e0f-a360e5e9f47d).
- Avatars are made for VRChat but you can upload to other platforms.
- Once purchased, you may edit however you wish.
- Do not claim the avatar as your own, even on other platforms.
- Any assets or textures on the avatar are not to be reused on any other models. You must purchase them from the original creators.
- You may use the avatar in streams. You don't have to promote it if you don't want to.
- If you modify the model and it breaks I am not accountable nor do I have to help. I can try if I'm not busy to see what happened.
- Do not share, leak, resell, price split or make public.
- If you plan to gift someone an avatar, it's best to send money and have them buy it. However, if you already did, send them the files and please delete them from your computer (you are no longer considered the rightful owner of said avatar). Same applies to uploading to someone else’s account.
Assets
- All assets can be used on any platform.
- Must credit me if using any assets to sell or using in another game that is being sold (Discord: m3k_a).
- Even if you heavily edit an item, you must still credit me.
- Do not share, leak, or price split.
- Whether to use on public, the description will specify.
Other
- Breaking T.O.S. will result in being placed on a blacklist and banned from my server.
- Respect that all personal direct messages are "ask to DM," please use the ticket system or help channel in the discord.
