The command centre behind events that actually run smoothly.

The Airtable system for high-end event teams - guests, suppliers, contracts, crew, risk, budget. One connected base, fully yours.

Created by a freelance Event Operations Manager with years of experience delivering complex live events.

What actually is this?

This isn't another guest list spreadsheet.

Every event coordinator already has a spreadsheet with tabs for guests, hotels and transport. This is the layer above that — the stuff that usually lives scattered across email, WhatsApp and your own memory: risk logs, contracts and compliance tracking, supplier research, flight details, crew schedules, and a budget that updates itself.

WHAT'S INSIDE?

Everything an Event Producer usually tracks across six tabs and three inboxes - connected in one base.

Risk log

Likelihood and impact scoring, so nothing catches you off guard.

Documents and contracts

Expiry tracking built in, not a separate spreadsheet.

Staff, crew and speakers

One record, not three different ones.

Guest management

RSVPs, dietary requirements, plus-ones.

Venues, hotels and rooming

Research and shortlisting through to booked and confirmed.

Transport, flights and catering

All linked back to the same event record.

Run of show, tasks and debrief

From kickoff to post-event review, in the same base.

Your whole portfolio. One view.

A live dashboard across every event you're running - who's on track, what's at risk, what needs you today

IS THIS FOR YOU?

YES, IF YOU'RE...

The person planning & running multiple live events at once, tired of holding it all several spreadsheets that don't link, multiple inboxes or someone's head

NOT FOR YOU, IF...

You run one event a year with a guest list of 40. Save your money.

About Me

I'm Michelle, a freelance Event Operations Manager who built this system after years of managing complex live events for agencies and production companies.

Guest lists, hotel blocks, supplier chaos, the 6am "wait, who's picking up the AV crew" panic...I've handled it all, usually from six different tabs at once.

I built the Event Command Centre because I got tired of rebuilding the same system from scratch for every new event. Now it's how I actually run things and I've packaged it up so other people doing this job don't have to start from a blank spreadsheet either.

Based in the UK, working with agencies wherever they are.
