By purchasing, downloading, receiving, or using any product from MILKMADE, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use our products.
All products sold through MILKMADE are digital products. Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are considered final once the product has been delivered or downloaded, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
You are responsible for making sure your device, software, and VRChat setup are compatible with the product before purchasing.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, products purchased from MILKMADE are intended for the purchaser's personal use.
Purchasing a product does not give you ownership of the original creator files, assets, textures, meshes, materials, or other files used to create the product.
You may use the purchased product for your own VRChat use, subject to these Terms and any additional terms provided by the original asset/base creators.
Purchased products are meant to be purchased, not shared.
You may not:
Your purchase is for you and does not give other people access to the purchased files.
Textures, assets, meshes, materials, bases, and other creator-owned files included in or used for a product may not be extracted and distributed separately.
If an asset or texture belongs to another creator, you must follow that creator's Terms of Service and licensing requirements as well.
MILKMADE will not provide or redistribute creator-owned files or assets when doing so would violate their Terms of Service.
Some products may contain assets, bases, textures, systems, or other content created by third parties.
Purchasing a MILKMADE product does not transfer ownership of those third-party assets to you.
You are responsible for following the Terms of Service and licensing requirements of the original creators.
If a creator requires their own license or purchase for an asset, you must obtain and maintain that license when required.
Products are created for use with VRChat unless otherwise stated.
MILKMADE is not responsible for:
You may make personal edits to products when permitted by the product's applicable licenses and the Terms of Service of any creators involved.
You may not use edits as a way to redistribute, share, or provide the original purchased files to another person.
No commercial edits or commercial redistribution are included unless explicitly stated.
If a product requires creator permission for edits, you must obtain that permission before making or commissioning the edit.
Commission work is subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of the commission.
Commissioned work does not automatically grant commercial rights.
Commercial use, redistribution, reselling, or other rights must be explicitly agreed upon.
Customers must provide any required creator permissions for bases, assets, textures, systems, or other content used in their commission.
Because our products are digital, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

If you experience a genuine technical issue with your purchase, please contact MILKMADE through the designated support method so we can review the issue.
Attempting to obtain a refund through a payment dispute or chargeback after receiving and/or downloading a product may result in the account being reviewed.
Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in the customer being permanently banned from purchasing from MILKMADE.
MILKMADE reserves the right to refuse service or restrict future purchases when a customer violates these Terms of Service.

No refunds will be provided as a result of a customer's violation of these Terms, except where required by applicable law.
If you participate in the MILKMADE Discord or community, you are expected to follow both these Terms of Service and the server rules.
Please use the appropriate ticket/support system for store-related questions, concerns, or issues.
Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or intentionally disrupt the community or its members.
MILKMADE may request reasonable information necessary to verify a purchase, account, or eligibility for certain products, giveaways, gifts, or store benefits.
Providing false information or attempting to claim products or benefits that you are not entitled to may result in a purchase ban.
MILKMADE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service when necessary.
Updated Terms may apply to future purchases and use of the store.
By purchasing from MILKMADE, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

Your purchase gives you access to the product. It does not give you permission to distribute, leak, or provide the purchased files to anyone else.
I'd recommend putting Section 3 (No Sharing or Leaking) and Section 11 (Blacklisting & Purchase Bans) directly into your Payhip checkout agreement as well, so customers explicitly agree to them before purchasing.
Q: How do I get support?
A: Join the MILKMADE Discord and open a support ticket. Please do not DM staff for support questions. Tickets help us keep requests organized and properly documented.
Q: How old do I have to be to purchase from MILKMADE?
A: You must be 18 years or older to purchase any MILKMADE product. We do not allow minors to purchase our products.
Q: What happens if I purchase while under 18?
A: If we discover that a customer is under 18, their purchased product will be revoked immediately, and they will be banned from purchasing from MILKMADE. No refund will be provided where permitted by applicable law, because the purchase violated our store's age requirement.
