Hello!
My name is Maziar and I'm a Sports Scientist and Strength & Conditioning Coach.
I originally built the Pro Trainer Template as a humble project based on my own experiences coaching athletes. My hope was to build a tool to help coaches and athletes design and customize their own training programs without having to pay monthly subscriptions for an app.
Since then, I've continued helping everyday coaches by developing new tools that improve planning, programming, and monitoring.
I hope that these tools give you immense value and support your coaching endeavours!
