These Terms of Use apply to all MSP Art digital products, excluding Seabee Kids products.

Seabee Kids products are governed by a separate Terms of Use, which can be found below.

By purchasing or downloading any MSP Art digital product, you agree to the applicable Terms of Use outlined on this page.

📋 TERMS OF USE

By purchasing from MSP ART, you’re supporting original artwork and agreeing to the terms below.

✔️ You can use these files to:

• Create physical products (shirts, mugs, prints, etc.) for personal use or small business sales

• Sell finished items on Etsy, your website, or in-person —

• Use clipart and alphas in your own custom designs, as long as they’re combined with other elements

• Sell sublimation transfers featuring arranged letters (not full alphabets)

🚫 You may not:

• Resell, gift, or share the digital files — including in bundles or groups• Upload or run my artwork through AI to recreate your own versions

• Claim any MSP ART designs as your own

• Use seamless patterns or PNGs to create new digital products

• Modify or sell clipart in a way that leaves it easily extractable

• Post mockups without watermarking to prevent theft

• Use overseas manufacturers or third-party print services without approval- 

• Upload the design to public print-on-demand marketplaces (Printful, Redbubble, Amazon Merch, etc.)

• Use with SHEIN or for mass manufacturing without written permission

All files are sold as-is. MSP ART is not responsible for how they are used after purchase, including:

• Platform actions or takedowns• IP disputes or community policy issues

• Print issues or compatibility problems
