My Birth Plan! Here is the exact copy of my natural birth plan I had my doctor and nurses print out as soon as my labor began! I wrote up EVERYTHING I wanted AND did not want so that everyone involved knew exactly what I expected without me having to mention it over and over, especially while in labor! This allowed all of the hospital staff involved to understand and respect my decisions because it was boldly written out. It is so important that us moms educate ourselves on the natural birth process, what our bodies were made to do and is perfectly capable of doing! It is also important that we educate ourselves on ur options and stand firmly on the ones we make! Because we ALWAYS have a choice when it comes to our bodies and our babies.
