“Explorer of deep, dark and bouncy dancefloor sounds” Is how Magness describes himself as a DJ / Producer. Having grown up on 90’s and 00’s dance and rap music this is a big influence on magness’s sound today. Magness’s music is deep, dark, bouncy and explores many styles and influences predominately in the Drum & Bass genre. Magness takes influence from all things he loves such as: video games, movies, anime, he uses this as influence to create his music. Magness creates a mix of old school shuffling breaks and newer bass techniques combining it with a unique twist that gives his songs his signature style and sound.
An up and coming member of the dance music scene. Magness has been honing his craft from playing nightclubs and radio, to creating songs and working with labels. From releasing his first EP in 2016 Magness has been pumping out releases on various labels and working with many producers. Magness has also won various remix competitions resulting in a release along side the original artists. Magness is an explorer of a all styles of jungle Drum and Bass while playing a gig and will craft a journey for punters to experience. Magness first studied music in collage completing a BETC diploma in Music Technology. Magness has currently relocated from London To Bristol and is now studying a degree in music production.
