PROCESSING TIMES:

Orders are processed in the order they are received and usually take 5-7 business days to produce before they ship (this does not include weekends, holidays, or otherwise specified days of closure). Transit times vary depending on where packages are being delivered.

Processing and shipping occurs on Wednesdays. Please keep in mind that if you place your order after 11 am CST on Wednesday, your order will not process or ship until the following week.

HOLIDAY PROCESSING TIMES:

During the holiday season (November 1st-December 31st), orders can take up to 14 business days to process prior to shipping.

SHIPPING TIMES AND COST:

We keep things simple by charging a flat rate of $5.99 for Standard 3-5 day shipping for orders under $75 via USPS, and shipping is FREE on most orders over $75 within the continental US* (Excluding Hawaii & Alaska)

To receive free shipping within the continental US for a retail order, your order must be $75 prior to tax. Free shipping in the continental US will automatically apply to your cart when the order minimum requirement has been met. 

We will send you a tracking number to follow your order’s progress.

When you receive the tracking number it means the shipment has been picked up and is in the hands of the selected carrier. While your order is in transit we are limited in the information available to us and inquiries regarding the current status or a delay should be sent to the carrier.

*Flat rate shipping does not include Hawaii or Alaska.
