Shipping Policy
We ship US only.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday via the United States Post Office (USPS).
*T-SHIRTS & SWEATERS
Allow 5-7 days for custom orders to be processed/prepare your order for shipment.
*TRUCKER HATS & MUGS/GLASSES
Allow 7-14 days for custom orders to be processed/prepare your order for shipment.
IMPORTANT - Processing time frames are different from shipping time frames and should be factored in estimating when your shipment will be delivered.
A design draft will be sent out for all custom orders prior to shipping, via e-mail. Please be sure to include a valid e-mail to receive the design draft. Confirmation will be required prior to shipping, if no response within 2 business days, the item will ship as is.
Turnaround time is about 7-14 business days to ship for all custom TV Trays and Trucker Hats please order ahead prior to the date of the event.
To ensure that your package is delivered correctly, and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible at mahoganycollections@outlook.com.
We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we cannot, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
If an address /name is incorrectly entered and USPS sends the package back to us, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the package.
Just a reminder that you will receive your order 2-5 business days from when it is shipped out, not necessarily from when it is placed. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says that it was delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.
We are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping. Any damage claims would have to be made with the shipping carrier.
We reserve the right to cancel orders we deem high risk/fraudulent without warning.
All orders are shipped with USPS and are fully trackable on their website.

Once USPS is in possession of your package, MAHOGANY COLLECTIONS has absolutely no control and cannot be held responsible if your package is LOST or ARRIVES LATE. This matter will have to be taken up with your local post office.
