Introduction

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for use of AI Art created by MALISA BOULWARE OF MALISAGOESDIGITAL.

By using the AI Art, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the AI Art.

Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

The AI Art is the exclusive property of MALISAGOESDIGITAL and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that no title or ownership in the AI Art is being transferred or assigned to you.

License to Use

MALISAGOESDIGITAL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the AI Art for personal AND commercial use. You may not sublicense, assign or transfer the license to any other party.

Restrictions on Use

You may not:

Resell the AI Art as is, without making any changes or modifications to it.

Use the AI Art in any manner that is misleading, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise contrary to law.

Remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices from the AI Art.

Use the AI Art in any manner that infringes on the intellectual property rights of MALISAGOESDIGITAL

or any third party.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The AI Art is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. "MALISAGOESDIGITAL" makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of the AI Art. "MALISAGOESDIGITAL" shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the AI Art.

Termination

"MALISAGOESDIGITAL" may terminate this agreement and your license to use the AI Art at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the AI Art and destroy any copies in your possession.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of SOUTH CAROLINA.

Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and "MALISAGOESDIGITAL" with respect to the use of the AI Art and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral, between the parties.

Changes to the Agreement

"MALISAGOESDIGITAL" reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement at any time, with or without notice to you. Your continued use of the AI Art after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

By using the AI Art, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
