About Me

Hey sis! I'm Keke McGhee. I wear a lot of hats—wife, boy mom, basketball coach’s wife, basketball mom, stay-at-home mom, and a faith-filled Virtual Assistant who knows what it’s like to feel burnt out, overlooked, and still trying to keep it all together.

I created Mama, You Good? out of my own healing. I’ve battled anxiety, mom guilt, mom rage, and the loneliness of wanting friendship so badly that I ignored red flags. I’ve poured from an empty cup more times than I can count.

This journal became my soft place and now I’m sharing it with you.

I believe in Jesus, boundaries, rest, and loud laughs. And I believe every mama deserves to feel whole again.

Let this be your reminder:

You are worthy of care, healing, and joy.

Real Words from Real Mamas

“I cried the first time I opened this journal. It’s raw, it’s real, and it reminded me that I’m not alone. Keke’s words felt like a hug, like someone finally saw the part of me I hide. Every mama needs this."

“This journal was the reset I didn’t know I needed. As a mom of two, I rarely take time for myself, but ‘Mama, You Good?’ felt like a daily check-in from a friend who gets it."

“This journal is exactly what I’ve been looking for. It’s real, it’s relatable, and it doesn’t feel like just another to-do. It’s like a daily reminder that I matter too. Every page gave me space to breathe, reflect, and feel seen.”
