About Me
Kimberly Wiethoff, MBA, PMP, PMI-ACP, is a senior IT project and program management executive with over 20 years of experience leading enterprise technology initiatives across healthcare, finance, and energy. She has directed multi-million-dollar programs for organizations including Citi, Johnson Controls, Chevron, and Natera — spanning Agile transformations, FDA-compliant cybersecurity programs, and large-scale cloud migrations.
A PMP and PMI-ACP certified project leader, Kimberly holds an Executive MBA from Texas A&M University and has spoken at the PMI Houston Conference on shared accountability in project ownership. She's spent her career translating complex technical programs into clear, decision-ready guidance for teams and executives alike — the same instinct behind this study guide series: taking dense, sprawling PMP exam content and distilling it into something a candidate can actually use on exam day.
Kimberly writes at Managing Projects the Agile Way, where she shares insights on Agile practices, project leadership, and career development for project managers, and is an active mentor to emerging PMs.
