Square fictional CutReady sample showing a duplicate top edge highlighted on a 40 mm square and the cleaned reference as one loop. The saved report records path length changing from 200 mm to 160 mm, with 40 mm removed; no machine approval is implied.

One duplicate SVG edge: a small CutReady example

A square can look fine while the file contains the same edge twice.

This fictional 40 mm sample has five segments and 200 mm of path. The shipped CutReady reference report records four cleaned segments, 160 mm of path and one closed loop after removing the 40 mm overlap.

That is a geometry result, not a measured cutting-time saving. Inspect the new SVG and your downstream application before using it. No cutter, material or fabrication approval is implied.

CutReady is a local command-line Python utility. Python 3.10+ is required. The download includes this sample and first-run instructions. Use fresh, distinct output filenames; the core can overwrite existing outputs.
