FORCE MAJEURE

Events outside Matterz Collective's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Matterz Collective is released from Matterz Collective obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. PAYMENT

All products remain Matterz Collective's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Matterz Collective.

All transfers conducted through Matterz Collective are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Readings And Appointments

Imani Christina has the right to cancel and refund a reading if she is unable to complete the Service.

If Client reserves appointment with Imani and cancels within 1 week of the appointment they may be liable to pay 50% of the Service price. If client reserves an appointment with Imani and cancels within 48 hours of the appointment, no refund, full or partial, will be incurred. Client agrees to these terms at time of payment received for service.

Appointment Cancelation

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of everyone, Including Imani please email matterzcollective@gmail.com as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 1 week in advance. Appointments are limited in availability and high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Matterz Collective reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Matterz Collective has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Matterz Collective shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
