About Me

Hi, I'm Louise.

I created the IVF Thinking Tools series after experiencing firsthand how difficult it can be to work out what to research first when considering IVF on your own.

When you're considering IVF, there is no shortage of information. The challenge is often working out what to research first, what questions to ask, and which decisions need your attention right now.

These resources were created to help simplify that process.

Rather than adding more information, each guide is designed to help you work through a specific area of IVF research and decision-making in a practical and structured way.

The series is for women navigating IVF on their own, with each guide focusing on a different part of the process — from getting started and making early decisions to managing the waiting periods, reducing mental clutter and preparing for what comes next.

The series is being released in stages. Getting Started with IVF: Where to Begin is the first title currently available, with additional guides planned to cover later parts of the IVF process.
