Before deciding to make a purchase, it is highly recommended that you read our terms in order to understand what you are permitted and what not to do with Mercator vehicles.

● It is not permitted to resell the model for free or at cost to any individual.

● It is not permitted to reuse parts of Mercator models on your own self made creations regardless if it's for personal use or sales.

● Converting bus models that come in variations (e.g. Citaro) into different versions such as modifying a 12 meter into 10, 15, 18 etc is not allowed. Modifications to buses is permitted as long as the base model length is kept.

● It is not permitted to gift Mercator models to anyone. The model has been bought by you, therefore, you are the one who has access to it only.

If any of these terms are broken, you will automatically be blacklisted from Mercator and other allied sales groups and will face legal action.

● Mercator models can be used in your own personal projects and games exclusively for play/test only

● You may freely improve a model yourself with your own assets or build upon the model as long as the rule of modifying the length of a bundle model is not broken.

Mercator has a No Refund Policy due to the fact that we, a digital website, sell digital items that cannot be "returned" in any way. All products on the website feature details about them as well as photos of all angles therefore the customer only has to read and make sure he knows what he/she is buying. A customer can ask for refund but there is no way to prove or guarantee that the file is no longer in his possession on a device.

Mercator can update it's terms at any time so it is recommended the customer reads through for his next purchase to make sure of any changes. We will also announce on the front page that the terms have been updated.
