About Me
I'm an only child, which meant there was never a sibling with whom to split this. For years, I've been the one showing up—to appointments, to hospital rooms, to conversations doctors would rather rush through, to the quiet work of making sure my parents are safe, seen, and cared for the way they deserve.
Nobody handed me a manual. I found most of what I needed the hard way—after a chart error, after a caregiver didn't show up, after realizing that being loving wasn't the same as being prepared. So I built the resource I wish someone had handed me on day one.
Everything I write comes from the middle of it, not from some peaceful distance after the fact. My guides are practical—real trackers, real scripts, real systems—because that's what actually gets you through a hard Tuesday. And they're rooted in faith, because I don't believe any of us were meant to carry this alone.
If you're the one who shows up—whether you're an only child like me, or simply the only one who does—this is for you.
