About Me

Hi, I’m Michelle, a Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Australia.


I help people create change by working with the unconscious mind — gently, safely, and in a way that feels natural rather than forced. Many of my clients tell me that the sound of my voice alone helps them feel more settled and grounded. “Just listening to your voice allowed me to feel calmer,” is something I hear often.


Because of that, I began creating personalised recordings for clients, and eventually decided to make recordings available more widely — in the hope that others might experience the same sense of ease and support.


Above everything else, I genuinely love helping people change the things that quietly get in the way of happiness. If listening to my recordings helps you shift something — in a small way or a big one — then I feel I’ve done what I set out to do.


Growing up, I was often told I talked too much or needed to be quiet. Over time, I realised what that really meant was don’t use your voice. These days, I’m choosing to use mine — because I know my voice is powerful, and I know how to speak in a way that feels real, safe, and supportive.
