Drop-In Writing Masterclass Workshops

Whether you have a book idea you haven’t written a single word of yet… or you’re staring at a completely blank page… or you’re wrestling with a messy first draft of a novel or memoir.

This is your invitation to show up with it and get unstuck.

Pull up a chair and work directly with me in a live 90-minute writing workshop.

No experience necessary. No contracts. No commitments. Just creative momentum.

One of the hardest parts of writing isn’t mastering the craft—it’s the isolation. It’s easy to let life crowd out your creativity when you’re writing alone, waiting for the “perfect time” to finally start/finish your novel or memoir.

This weekly masterclass is the antidote to the lonely blank page. It’s designed to bring back clarity, momentum, and the simple feeling that your story is moving forward.

This is a drop-in workshop built around your life and your schedule. There is zero long-term commitment. Come as often or as infrequently as you like. Whether you need a weekly burst of momentum or just want occasional expert feedback on a tricky chapter, you make this space work for you.

Places are strictly capped at just 5 participants per session to ensure a luxurious, high-end environment where your voice is truly heard.

How It Works: The Flow of the Workshop

Enter your creative world first when your energy is highest, and close with the exact inspiration you need to carry you through the week.

The First 65–70 Minutes (The Circle & Feedback): Roll up your sleeves and dive straight into your material. This is the heart of the magic. You'll share your pages, scenes, or outlines with the group (on the video text chat) and get feedback to improve pacing, sharpen your voice, and elevate your storytelling. You receive direct, expert feedback from me alongside a supportive, micro-community of fellow writers.

The Remaining 20–25 Minutes (On-the-Fly Writing Theory): No dry, pre-packaged lectures here. Based entirely on the live breakthroughs and patterns I observe during our feedback circle, I will deliver a high-yield, custom craft lesson right on the spot. You get the exact storytelling mechanics you need exactly when they are most relevant to your work.

Topics We Grab From the Toolkit (As Needed)

Because these sessions are completely tailored to whoever is in the room, there is no rigid syllabus. Instead, we pull organically from a deep toolkit of advanced storytelling strategies based on your immediate questions or the common patterns that show up in the writing that day.

Depending on what your pages need on any given Wednesday or Saturday, you might walk away with a solid command of:

  • The Compass Method: Crafting a tight, two-sentence synopsis as your North Star to navigate your way smoothly through an entire book without getting stuck in the middle.
  • The Page-One Hook: Shifting elements on your very first page to instantly nail a reader's attention.
  • The Ethical AI Tool: Leveraging AI the right way—as a brilliant assistant for research and line editing while keeping your human voice 100% pure.
  • Universal Architecture: Structuring plot and character arcs (even in memoirs, where the rules of emotional engagement are exactly the same).
  • Genre Intelligence: Identifying and playing masterfully by the unwritten rules of your specific marketplace.
  • Pacing & Voice: Tightening dialogue and creating colorful, compact descriptions that paint a vivid picture without dragging.
  • The Momentum Strategy: Using "candy bar scenes" to bridge your story together, plus knowing exactly what to cut and what to keep.
  • Unlocking Creative Flow: Smashing through writer's block in real-time so you leave the session bursting with confidence.

A Safe, Inspiring Harbor for Your Story

Sharing your writing can feel incredibly vulnerable, especially if you are pouring your heart into a deeply personal memoir or a passion-project novel.

Please rest assured that this workshop is designed from the ground up to be a completely non-judgmental, warm, and deeply encouraging environment. There are no harsh red pens or elitist critiques here. Our goal as a tiny group of five is to lift your story up, leave you feeling inspired and confident to move forward, and make the writing process joyful rather than stressful. You are safe to experiment, make mistakes, and find your footing among friends.

Because what is shared in the circle stays in the circle, it is also a completely confidential vault where your unique concepts and pages enjoy absolute intellectual safety.
