TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)

Please read before purchasing

Basic Unity knowledge is recommended.

These terms apply to all avatars, assets, textures, and digital products created and sold by me unless otherwise stated on an individual product page.

Usage & Licensing

• All products are licensed for private, individual use only.
• Uploading any product to public worlds or making it publicly accessible in any form is strictly prohibited.
• You may edit purchased products for your own personal use. (Examples include recolors, small adjustments, toggles, and proportion changes.)
• Any edits must remain private and non-commercial.

Important Note Regarding Avatars

Some products may include assets created by third-party creators. While personal, private edits are allowed under this TOS, I cannot speak for or override the terms of the original asset owners. It is your responsibility to ensure your use follows their rules as well.

Asset & Commercial Restrictions

• Commercial use of any product is not allowed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Do not extract, reuse, or redistribute any part of my products, including textures, meshes, body edits, head edits, or assets, for use in other models.
• Do not use individual assets from my products to make or publish other avatars, asset packs, or derivatives.
• If you want to use similar assets elsewhere, they must be purchased directly from the original creators and edited independently.

Sharing & Redistribution

• Sharing, trading, reselling, or redistributing any product or its contents is not permitted for any reason.
• This includes sharing edited versions.

Streaming & Content Creation

• Streaming, recording, and content creation using my products is allowed.
• My products may not be used as a brand identity, logo, mascot, or merchandise.

Purchasing & Availability

• All products are sold only through my official Jinxxy, Payhip or Gumroad pages.
• Obtaining my products through any other source violates this TOS.

Uploading & Liability

• If you are unable to upload a product yourself, instructions and resources may be available in the Discord server.
• I am not responsible for Unity errors, VRChat updates, Platform changes, or problems caused by user edits.
• Please ensure all checkout and account information is entered correctly before purchase.

Gifting & Refunds

• If purchasing a product as a gift, you must use Jinxxy, Payhip or Gumroad's official “Gift” option at checkout.
• All sales are final!

By purchasing, you accept responsibility for how you modify and upload the product and agree to all terms listed above.
