1. DO NOT use my edits, textures, etc. BUY THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT!

 - The edits I make are specifically for me and not allowed for reuse; This includes (but is not limited to) pulling off any assets from my model (head, body, accessories, textures, scripts, etc.)

2. By agreeing to my TOS at checkout OR download you are purchasing a PERSONAL LICENSE. Meaning;

 - No uploading for your friends, girl/boyfriend, family; NOBODY BUT YOU.

 - No uploading as public or to other accounts. If you changed names on VrChat please send me a DM.

 - You are NOT allowed to edit and resell/claim as your own; editing the model itself for personal preferences is OK, but there is NO selling.

 - No Leaking. If you cannot afford to buy my model please DM me on Discord and we can discuss that further (I don't bite! (emelee)).

- By agreeing to my TOS and/or downloading the avatar files you are subject to my TOS.

3. If you want to gift the model, fill out RECIPENTS information.

4. Message me if you will use this model for streaming purposes (emelee).

5. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS; This is a digital product, as it would be highly unfair to request a refund if you cannot digitally return the product.

Failure to comply with my TOS will result in blacklisting from further and current sales of my creations.

1. You MUST credit me

 - Either on the picture it self or in the description of the said avatar.

2. You are NOT allowed to use my renders in any way if you are banned in my server.

3. You are NOT allowed to claim MY renders as your own

4. You are ALLOWED to use my render in a private/public/commercial setting.

5. You are ALLOWED to photoshop or edit the render in anyway you please

6. You MUST have license to use the avatar
