1.6 Upon release of custom assets that were made specific for a Mimiz Avatar prior, please do not replicate/copy the Mimiz Avatar it was made for

1.8 User may be faced with import/upload issues of older/outdated models

2.1 Mimiz Avatars permit a personal license that is valid for yourself and only you

2.2 Failure to input correct information at checkout voids all rights to own/use Mimiz Avatars

2.3 Mimiz Avatars are only meant for VRChat

2.4 Users are not permitted to share/resell/price split/ or upload Mimiz Avatars public to VRChat

• Please do not wear public versions

2.5 Users are not permitted to claim Mimiz Avatars as your own, even edited

2.6 User are not permitted to obtain or take assets off Mimiz Avatars

• ○ Users must obtain these assets from the credited creator
• ○ If an asset on a Mimiz Avatar is custom or not available for external purchase, users are not permitted to take it from the Mimiz Avatar

2.7 Users are not permitted to rip/take/pick apart any component of Mimiz Avatars for personal or commercial use

2.8 Users are not permitted to rip/take Mimiz head and body sculpt edits for personal or commercial use/re-use

2.9 Mimiz products cannot be used in the involvement of lolis or children suggested or NFT's

2.10 Mimiz Avatars are only permitted to be uploaded to ONE account, if you wish to upload to an alternate account, please open a ticket

2.11 You are not permitted to copy Unity material settings of Mimiz models

2.12 User is not permitted to share/leak files

3.1 Mimiz Assets permit a commercial license, but only permits a personal use license to the buyer

• ○ Meaning Mimiz Assets are only valid for you, see bullet 4

3.2 Failure to input correct information at checkout voids all rights to own/use Mimiz Assets

3.3 Mimiz Assets are only meant for VRChat

3.4 User is not permitted to share/resell/price split Mimiz Assets

3.5 User is not permitted to claim Mimiz Assets as your own, even edited

3.6 When using Mimiz Assets commercially, users must include credit to payhip.com/ Mimiz in the description

3.7 Assets are permitted use on free/nitro/commercial/public/private finished models

3.8 You are not permitted to edit/remove/photoshop Mimiz Logo off a Mimiz asset

3.9 User is not permitted to share/leak files

4.1 If users are to use a Mimiz avatar on any streaming platform, a link to this store OR avatar used must be included in stream information

• Included but not limited to TikTok, Twitch, Kick, Onlyfans, Fansly

4.2 Crediting is required if there is any financial gain while using a Mimiz avatar

• Streaming platforms listed above & see bullet 3

4.3 Crediting is required if users are using a Mimiz avatar to promote your texture/world/asset

4.4 Users are not required to tag me in personal social media posts, but I do like to see! @mimiz.vrc

You are permitted to edit Mimiz Avatars as you please within the listed limits:

• ➢ The edit is for personal use
• ➢You cannot remove Mimiz name/any logos from the fbx or menu
• ➢The edit is only for you and uploaded private to VRChat

5.1 Edits made public will be reported and action against account may be taken and you will be banned from server and store ; no warnings

5.2 Users must credit as an edit of X model by Mimiz

5.3 Users cannot change the body/head sculpts

• Head swaps not permitted

5.4 Users cannot strip the avatar entirely, 2-3 original meshes (of your choice, body does not count as one, anything merged with the body/head mesh does not count as one) must remain to stay recognizable as the original Mimiz avatar

• Stripping the avatar down to the head/body counts as ripping and will result in ban - no warnings ; Mimiz head/body edits are not permitted for commercial and/or personal re-use

7.1 User must put the receiver’s email at the very top of checkout

7.2 User must put both the receiver’s information AND your information at checkout

7.3 When gifting a Mimiz Avatar and/or Mimiz Asset, the receiver is the only holder of the license

• You, as the gifter, hold no rights or license to use/own Mimiz Avatars and Assets unless you purchase it separate

7.4 Gifting Mimiz Assets and/or Avatars to someone that is banned or blocked from Mimiz discord server and/or this website is prohibited and will result in the user's ban as well
