Haydn brings over 20 years of real-world experience in program and project management, business analysis and business consulting to the leadership team of Mindavation. Prior to his role as a Director, he has worked exclusively with large international and domestic banks, government organisations and solution providers. His experience with start-ups has given him unique insights into defining and implementing company structure, business solutions, leadership, change management, competencies and efficiencies – scalable to small business.
Haydn has provided services to clients across Australia, New Zealand, Asia & North America and has a strong record of achievement with developing and negotiating structured business strategies.
Coupled with his outstanding communication skills and the ability to influence decisions, he is able to excel across a number of fields, including course facilitation, consulting, coaching, capability maturity and public speaking.
