Ivonne Arana is the founder of Mindful Bloom Ventures, a boutique consulting and brokerage firm specializing in preschool acquisitions, school operations and commercial real estate. Licensed in real estate since 1999, she brings over two decades of expertise spanning early childhood education, business brokerage and transactional due diligence.She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Miami and a Master of Arts

in Montessori Education from Barry University, along with Montessori certifications in Early Childhood and Elementary levels. She owned and operated her own preschool giving her firsthand experience of what it truly takes to run, acquire and transition a childcare business. She has been successfully selling preschools since 2018.
