1. General Agreement

• By purchasing, downloading, or using any products from this store, you agree to these Terms of Service.
• All sales are final unless required otherwise by law.

2. License & Use

• All products are licensed, not sold.
• You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the avatar.
• Avatars may be used in VRChat and similar platforms. My avatars are public in Resonite.
• Use in content creation (including monetized videos, streaming, and social media) is allowed.

3. Intended Use & Content Boundaries

• These avatars are designed to be safe-for-work and appropriate for general audiences.
• You may not use these assets in ways that are:
• Explicit or sexually suggestive in public
• Meant to harass, harm, or target others
• Disruptive to shared or community spaces

4. Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, share, leak, or give away the avatar or any included assets.
• Upload the avatar as public or otherwise make it freely accessible for others to copy.
• Claim the avatar or any part of it as your own work.
• Use the avatar or its assets in NFTs, AI training datasets, or similar technologies.
• Extract or reuse parts of the avatar for resale or distribution.

5. Editing & Kitbashing

• You are welcome to edit and customize the avatar for personal use.
• Kitbashing with other assets is allowed only if you have the proper rights to those assets.
• You may not resell or distribute edited or kitbashed versions of this avatar.

6. Third-Party Assets

• Some avatars may include assets made by other creators.
• Credit will be provided where applicable.
• You are responsible for following the original creators’ Terms of Service for any included assets.

7. Refunds & Support

• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
• If something isn’t working as expected, you can reach out for support. I’ll do my best to help, but support is not guaranteed.

8. Updates & Compatibility

• Updates may be provided, but they are not guaranteed.
• Changes to platforms like VRChat may affect how avatars function over time.

9. License Revocation

• If these terms are broken, your license to use the product may be revoked without refund.
• Access to future purchases may also be restricted.

10. Liability

• These products are provided “as is,” with no guarantees.
• I am not responsible for issues caused by misuse, edits, or third-party platforms.

11. Respect for Use

• These assets represent a lot of time and creative work.
• Please use them respectfully and support creators by following these terms.
