Please read carefully before making a purchase. Each product additionally has these TOS/TOU stated in the product description as well as customised extra tos depending on the product.

By downloading/purchasing a model/asset/texture by me (Mistelia) you agree to follow the TOS/TOU at all times. Failure to do so may result in fines and legal action. You will be asked to cease and remove infringing content as well.

ALL Models|Assets|Textures.

• Under no circumstances may you leak/share/redistribute/rip my Meshes/Models or other products.
• Uploading avatars to the public is strictly prohibited. Models must be uploaded and kept private on your individual account(s) at all times.
• You are not allowed to use my products for profit. This includes but is not limited to; Reselling (edited and unedited), Commisionary use, Video, Art and 3d Printed products.
• No Product is refundable. As all my products are digital. This means once you download the product you lose your consumer rights to a refund.
• If you are buying a product for someone else as a gift, put the email and ingame name of the person you are purchasing the item for. Buying the item and sending it to them is not allowed. If the person cannot upload the avatar themselves please feel free to contact me as we can come to a solution.
• Under no circumstances may you take parts of my models for any use, including edits of my own assets/textures. Everything is credited. Please support the creators and purchase the items from them, this will include textures and the icons.
• When you purchase an item/avatar from me you are purchasing a personal licence for the product which is unique to one person.
• Do not claim any of my assets/textures/models as your own.
• Do not remove the nametags or watermarks from my products.
• If you wish to use my products for other platforms such as vtubing please let me know and credit properly on your streams/videos.
• If you plan to stream/youtube/tiktok (or other platforms including adult ones), always credit me with a shop link (For tiktok you have an exception of just tagging me in the comments or adding my discord and letting me know with a link to your page).
• You may not use any of my products/avatars for any harmful,threatening,offensive or abusive material.
• I am not responsible for any updates that break my models and it is up to me whether I update them.
• Don't use my products for any NFT related sales, artwork or anything related.
• Under no circumstances are you allowed to copy/heavily reference my character designs in any way, shape or form.
