General

By downloading, purchasing, or using my products, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service.

‣You must be a member of my server to own or use any of my items.

If you are not in the server and still download or use my items, you will be permanently banned from the shop. Additionally, if you join the server and leave after one year of membership, you will also be banned.

A single, non-transferable license is granted per purchase.

1. ¹ For commissions, all involved parties must own a license for the product.

You must be 20+ to own any of my avatars.

ALL AVATARS

‣ DO NOT make any Avatars Public

‣ DO NOT attempt to price split anything on my store

‣ DO NOT resell any Avatars in any from

‣ DO NOT buy any of my avatars to reuse/take the assets (asset mining)

‣ DO NOT share any files with anybody, this includes; Friends, Family, significant others, and ANY other individuals

‣ DO NOT claim any Avatars as your OWN work

‣ If you are wanting somebody to edit this any of my avatar's for you, They MUST also have bought the Avatar as well as ANY assets that are being added to her.

‣ Failure to provide your Discord & VRChat will result in you being blacklisted from my store

‣ All avatar is NON REFUNDABLE as it is a digital item, if you have any issues with the avatar then you can contact me (MiyoCake.03 on Discord) at any time and I will try my best to help with any issues <3
