‣ You must be a member of my server for at least 6 months to own or use any of my items.

‣ If you are banned from my server, please get in touch with me by email.

‣ You may edit my models, but they must still remain recognizable as one of my original models.

• Do not edit the base models.
• You may retexture them as much as you like.
• You may not delete any part of the models.

‣ If you leave the server within 1 year of purchasing or receiving an item, your access will be revoked.

‣ I reserve the right to revoke your permission to use any of my assets, models, or edits at any time.

‣ Credit is required for commercial use and streaming.

Credit must include one of the following:

• A link to the asset used
• My Discord handle: @Miyocake_03

‣ You must be 19 years or older to use any of my avatars or assets.

‣ Price splitting is not allowed. If needed, I am willing to discuss pricing.

‣ Do not share any purchased items with friends, family, significant others, or any other individuals.

‣ All items in my store are non-refundable, as they are digital products. If you experience any issues, please contact me.

These terms may be updated at any time.

By continuing to purchase or use my assets/models, you agree to the latest version of this TOS.
