❥MommyYin complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Any unauthorized use, reproduction, redistribution, or infringement of MommyYin's intellectual property will result in a DMCA takedown notice. Repeated or severe violations may result in legal action and pursuit of damages as permitted by law.

❥MommyYin is not responsible for a user’s failure to read or understand these Terms of Service.

❥ By purchasing, you consent to MommyYin sharing your email, Discord, VRChat account, or payment ID with trusted creators only if you break MommyYin's TOS. By completing the purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms

Eligibility & Age Requirement

❥ You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase, own, or use any MommyYin products.

❥ MommyYin products may not be used in content involving minors, age-suggestive characters, or NFTs under any circumstances.

Personal License

All MommyYin avatars are sold under a personal, non-transferable license.

❥ The license is valid for one individual only and may be uploaded to one VRChat account.

❥ MommyYin avatars are for VRChat use only.

❥ Public uploads to VRChat are strictly prohibited.

❥ You may not claim ownership of MommyYin avatars, models, textures, or assets — even if edited. CREDIT IS REQUIRED

❥ MommyYin retains full ownership of all original works.

❥ MommyYin Avatars permit a personal license that is valid for yourself and only you

❥Failure to input correct information at checkout voids all rights to own/use MommyYin's Avatars

❥ MommyYin's Avatars are only meant for VRChat

❥You are not permitted to share/resell/price split/ or upload MommyYin's Avatars public to VRChat

❥Please do not wear public versions/NONE OF MOMMYYIN'S AVI ARE PUBLIC

❥You are not permitted to claim MommyYin's as your own, even edited

❥You are not permitted to obtain or take assets off MommyYin's Avatars

❥You must obtain these assets from the credited creator

❥If an asset/textures on a MommyYin's Avatar is custom or not available for external purchase, you are not permitted to take it from the MommyYin's Avatar

❥You are not permitted to rip/take/pick apart any component of MommyYin's Avatars for personal or commercial use

❥You are not permitted to rip/take MommyYin's head and body sculpt edits for personal or commercial use/re-use

❥MommyYin's Avatars are only permitted to be uploaded to ONE account, if you wish to upload to an alternate account, please open a ticket



Proper credit is mandatory in the following cases:

❥ Streaming on platforms including (but not limited to):

• TikTok, Twitch, Kick, YouTube, OnlyFans, Fansly, Instagram
• Promotion of textures, worlds, or assets using a MommyYin avatar

Gatekeeping, failure to credit, or intentional omission will result in bans, blacklisting, product revocation, and no refund.

❥ Tagging MommyYin on personal social media posts is optional but appreciated: @mommy.yin (credit is still required even if not @)

You may edit MommyYin avatars only under the following conditions:

❥ Edits are for personal use only

❥ The avatar remains private on VRChat

❥ Proper credit is given:

• “Edited version of [Avatar Name] by MommyYin”

Heavy Edits

❥ Heavy edits require prior written permission from MommyYin via Discord ticket.

❥ Proof of purchase will be required.

❥ A “heavy edit” is defined as removing or replacing the majority of original meshes.

Strict Editing Restrictions

❥ Editing or reusing MommyYin's head or body sculpts is strictly prohibited

❥ Stripping an avatar down to only the head and body is not permitted

• At least 2-3 original meshes must remain

❥ Unauthorized heavy edits may be treated as asset theft

❥ MommyYin reserves the right to issue DMCA action against unauthorized public or heavy edits.

❥ MommyYin's name and/or logo cannot be removed, moved, or hidden on the fbx/model you are editing

❥You must put the receiver’s email at the very top of checkout

❥You must put both the receiver’s information AND your information at checkout

❥When gifting anything from MommyYin's Store, the receiver is the only holder of the license

❥You, as the gifter, hold no rights or license to use/own MommyYin's Product's

❥ Gifting MommyYin's Products to someone that is banned or blocked from MommyYin's discord server and/or this website is prohibited

Due to the digital nature of MommyYin products, refunds are subject to strict conditions:

❥ Refunds will not be issued once a product has been downloaded.

To qualify:

• The product must have 0 downloads
• A valid reason must be provided
• All TOS must be followed

❥  Refund requests must be submitted via a Discord support ticket. (DISCORD TICKET)

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
