T.O.S

ALL T.O.S RULES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME

- DO NOT share, leak , trade or price split my models/assets.

- DO NOT use my avi in ANY ai software. Example: editing pics of my avi with ai, putting pictures of my avi in ai generating prompts and so on.

- FREEBIE AVI’s: Light Unity edits are allowed. Swapping textures, changing colors, adding ears or tails are allowed. But NO BLENDER EDITS. Do NOT leave the server after getting the free avatar, if you do you will be blacklisted, banned, and will lose the license to the avatar. Heavy edits are not allowed. Do NOT edit or swap the head/body on the avatar, if you do you will get blacklisted banned, and lose the license to the avatar.

- DO NOT edit my avi so it is unrecognizable. If you want to head/body swap or edit my sculpt in ANY way you need to ask me first. Just because you ask does not mean I will say yes but it opens the door for a conversation about it. If you just want to just add stuff or take stuff off that’s fine. YOU MUST ALWAYS GIVE ME CREDIT REGARDLESS OF HOW MUCH WORK YOU DID ON THE AVI. You may NOT sell edits of my avi, your edits should only be used for personal use. You can commision someone to edit my avi for you if you BOTH own my avatar, but selling preset edits of my avi is not allowed.

- If avatars are older than 3 months old I may not be able to update them. I normally push out all updates within the first month. After 3 months I don’t normally have the project on my computer. Please take this into consideration when purchasing older Avis!

- DO NOT BLATANTLY COPY MY AVATARS!!

- DO NOT reuse any of these assets or my edits without purchasing from the original creator.

- DO NOT resell my avatars on their own.

- DO NOT claim as your own, or make copies similar to my avatars.

- DO NOT upload my models to other accounts, or anywhere.

- DO NOT make my models public.

- DO, if posted on any social media, please credit me that I made the avatar!

- DO, if wanting to use on streams, ASK FIRST!

- Any purchasing from shop is non-refundable.

- Do NOT use my body or head edits for personal or commercial use unless I have given you permission, any blatant copies will be posted on my blacklist.
