I created Monarch by J. Henry to help women in midlife simplify getting dressed, rediscover their personal style, and feel like themselves again.

After years of caregiving, grief, career changes, and life transitions, I realized a lot of women aren’t looking for more clothes. They’re looking for clarity.

I believe style should feel easy, practical, comfortable, and still beautiful.

Through capsule wardrobes, color analysis, travel-friendly style, and real-life closet strategies, I help women create wardrobes that work for the life they actually live now.

You’ll usually find me in denim jackets, comfortable sandals, and clothes that feel pulled together without being fussy.
