His background includes handyman repairs, short-term rental maintenance, painting, flooring, drywall, drainage solutions, grounds clearing, fencing, tree and brush removal, security-related improvements, property inspections, and owner reporting.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration – Management Information Systems and a Paralegal Studies degree, Josh also understands documentation, risk awareness, communication, contracts, systems, and process improvement.
