I help engineers and infrastructure professionals navigate complexity—technically, professionally and strategically.
With more than 10 years of experience in engineering, technical coordination, commissioning, testing and complex infrastructure projects, my focus is on improving how technical systems and interfaces are understood, coordinated and delivered—particularly within TGA/MEP and complex infrastructure environments.
I am particularly interested in the point where individual disciplines and systems meet. Because even when individual systems are well designed, challenges can arise at the interfaces between mechanical, electrical, control, fire protection and other technical systems.
This perspective led me to write Beyond Tools: The Coordination Gap in Complex Infrastructure Projects, where I explore the limitations of relying on tools and fragmented workflows alone and introduce the concept of the Integrated Modular Coordination Engine (IMCE) as a structured approach to technical coordination.
Building on this work, I am developing practical methods and tools, including the IMCE Interface Risk Toolkit™, designed to help engineers identify critical technical interfaces, structure requirements and responsibilities, and address potential coordination risks earlier in the project lifecycle.
At the same time, I am passionate about supporting young engineers and developing professionals. Through practical insights from real projects, systems thinking and career guidance, I aim to help them develop skills beyond their individual discipline, better understand complex project environments and position themselves to achieve the strongest possible outcomes in the job market.
