The Moon and Back Ambassador Program gives you the opportunity to share Moon and Back products with others while earning commissions on eligible purchases made through your unique Ambassador shopping link.

We want our Ambassador Program to be simple, rewarding, honest, and enjoyable.

Please read the complete Rules & Policies before applying.

By submitting an application to the Moon and Back Ambassador Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to follow these Rules & Policies.

Approved Ambassadors receive a unique Moon and Back shopping link.

Share your unique shopping link with customers through approved promotional methods.

When an eligible purchase is made through your Ambassador link, you can earn a commission based on your current commission rate.

As your lifetime qualifying CUSTOMER sales grow, you can advance to higher commission tiers.

Your lifetime qualifying customer sales do NOT reset each month.

Once you earn a higher lifetime commission tier, your lifetime qualifying sales are not erased or reset.

Your earned commission rate remains subject to the Monthly Activity Requirement described below.

🛍️ WHAT IS A QUALIFYING CUSTOMER SALE?

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

A qualifying customer sale is an eligible product purchase made by a customer through your unique Moon and Back Ambassador shopping link.

Qualifying customer sales are based on eligible product sales after discounts.

The following do NOT count toward lifetime qualifying customer sales:

• Shipping charges

• Taxes

• Refunded orders

• Cancelled orders

• Chargebacks

• Fraudulent or ineligible transactions

• Wholesale purchases

• An Ambassador's own personal purchases

Only qualifying CUSTOMER sales count toward advancement to a higher lifetime commission tier.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

📅 MONTHLY ACTIVITY REQUIREMENT

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

To remain active at your earned Ambassador commission rate, you must generate at least $10 in qualifying CUSTOMER sales each month.

If you do not reach $10 in qualifying customer sales during a month, your commission rate will temporarily drop to 10%.

IMPORTANT:

You do NOT lose your lifetime qualifying sales.

You do NOT lose the commission tier you previously earned.

The 10% rate is only a temporary inactive commission rate.

Once you meet the $10 monthly qualifying customer-sales requirement again, your commission rate will return to your previously earned lifetime tier.

EXAMPLE:

You have earned the 25% commission tier.

You have a month with less than $10 in qualifying customer sales.

Your commission rate temporarily becomes 10%.

Later, you again meet the $10 monthly customer-sales requirement.

Your commission rate returns to 25%.

You do NOT have to earn your 25% lifetime tier again.

Ambassadors with no qualifying customer orders for 90 days may be deactivated from the Moon and Back Ambassador Program.

🛍️ PERSONAL AMBASSADOR PURCHASES

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Ambassadors are welcome to purchase Moon and Back products for their own personal use through their unique Ambassador shopping link.

Ambassadors MAY earn their applicable commission on their own eligible personal purchases.

However, personal purchases are NOT qualifying CUSTOMER sales.

Personal purchases do NOT count toward:

• Lifetime qualifying sales

• Advancement to the next commission tier

• The $10 monthly customer-sales activity requirement

• The monthly customer-sales bonus

• Recruitment qualifications

• Other customer-sales-based qualifications

EXAMPLE:

You currently have $700 in lifetime qualifying customer sales.

You make a $100 purchase for yourself through your Ambassador link.

You may receive your applicable commission on your eligible $100 personal purchase.

However, your lifetime qualifying CUSTOMER sales remain $700.

Your personal purchase does NOT increase your lifetime qualifying sales to $800 and does NOT move you into the 25% commission tier.

Only qualifying CUSTOMER purchases can advance your lifetime commission tier.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

🎉 MONTHLY SALES BONUS

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Ambassadors who generate at least $150 in qualifying CUSTOMER sales during a month may earn a $10 monthly sales bonus.

Personal Ambassador purchases do NOT count toward the $150 requirement.

Wholesale purchases, refunds, cancellations, fraudulent transactions, and other ineligible transactions also do not count toward the monthly sales bonus.

💗 BUILD YOUR AMBASSADOR TEAM

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Active Ambassadors may personally refer other people to apply for the Moon and Back Ambassador Program.

FIRST-LEVEL DOWNLINE COMMISSION

An eligible active Ambassador may earn a 5% commission on qualifying CUSTOMER sales generated by Ambassadors they personally recruited.

The 5% downline commission applies ONLY to your first-level downline.

There are NO second-level, third-level, or additional downline commissions.

EXAMPLE:

You personally recruit Mary.

Mary becomes an approved Moon and Back Ambassador.

You may qualify to earn 5% on Mary's qualifying customer sales.

Mary later personally recruits Jane.

Mary may qualify to earn 5% on Jane's qualifying customer sales.

You receive NO downline commission from Jane because you did not personally recruit Jane.

This keeps the Moon and Back downline program limited to ONE LEVEL.

You must remain active and meet applicable Ambassador Program requirements to receive first-level downline commissions.

🎁 RECRUITMENT BONUS

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

A $5 recruitment bonus may be earned after an Ambassador you personally recruit reaches $50 in qualifying CUSTOMER sales.

The recruited Ambassador's own personal purchases do NOT count toward the $50 qualifying customer-sales requirement.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

💵 AMBASSADOR PAYMENTS

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Ambassador earnings are generally paid monthly.

Payments are generally processed between the 1st and 3rd of the month.

A minimum of $10 in earned commission is required for payout.

Available payment methods may include:

• PayPal

• Cash App

• Moon and Back store credit

Payment methods are subject to availability and eligibility.

Ambassadors are responsible for providing accurate and current payment information.

Moon and Back is not responsible for payment delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated payment information supplied by the Ambassador.

Moon and Back reserves the right to review orders and commissions before issuing payment.

Commissions associated with refunded, cancelled, fraudulent, prohibited, disputed, or otherwise ineligible transactions will not be paid and may be deducted from future Ambassador earnings when applicable.

📱 SHARING YOUR AMBASSADOR LINK

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Ambassadors are welcome and encouraged to share their unique Moon and Back shopping link through approved personal social-media channels, including:

• Facebook

• TikTok

Ambassadors may share Moon and Back products, approved promotions, and their personal experiences with Moon and Back products as long as the information they share is truthful and accurate.

Ambassadors must make it clear that they are a Moon and Back Ambassador and may receive a commission when someone purchases through their unique shopping link.

An example disclosure is:

“Moon and Back Ambassador — I may earn a commission from purchases made through my link.”

The disclosure should be placed where customers can easily see and understand it.

Ambassadors are responsible for following applicable advertising and disclosure requirements and the rules of any social-media platform they use.

📣 PROMOTIONAL & ADVERTISING RULES

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Ambassadors may promote their unique Moon and Back shopping link through approved personal promotional channels.

Ambassadors may NOT:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.

• Repeatedly contact individuals who have not requested information.

• Run paid advertisements using the Moon and Back name, logo, products, images, or other brand materials without prior written permission from Moon and Back.

• Purchase or bid on advertising keywords containing “Moon and Back,” “Moon and Back LLC,” or confusingly similar terms.

• Create websites, domain names, email addresses, social-media usernames, pages, groups, or accounts that could reasonably be mistaken for an official Moon and Back account.

• Alter or use Moon and Back logos or official brand materials in a manner that misrepresents Moon and Back.

• Make statements, commitments, guarantees, or promises on behalf of Moon and Back.

Ambassadors must conduct their promotional activities honestly and professionally and follow all Moon and Back Ambassador Program Rules & Policies.

⚠️ REPRESENTING MOON AND BACK

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Ambassadors must represent Moon and Back, its products, promotions, policies, and Ambassador Program accurately and honestly.

Ambassadors may NOT:

• Claim to be an owner or employee of Moon and Back.

• Claim to be an official company representative authorized to speak on behalf of Moon and Back.

• Misrepresent their relationship with Moon and Back.

• Make false or misleading statements about Moon and Back.

• Misrepresent Moon and Back products, prices, features, availability, policies, promotions, or benefits.

• Make unauthorized medical, health, therapeutic, treatment, prevention, or cure claims about Moon and Back products.

• Make false or misleading income or earnings claims regarding the Ambassador Program.

• Guarantee that someone will earn a specific amount of money through the Moon and Back Ambassador Program.

• Create unauthorized Moon and Back discounts, coupons, promotions, contests, giveaways, or special offers.

• Present themselves, their website, or their social-media account in a way that could cause someone to reasonably believe it is an official Moon and Back account.

Moon and Back may request the immediate correction or removal of inaccurate, misleading, unauthorized, or inappropriate promotional content.

🛒 THIRD-PARTY MARKETPLACE RESTRICTIONS

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Moon and Back Ambassador links are intended for approved personal promotion and social-media sharing.

Ambassadors may NOT list, sell, advertise, or promote Moon and Back products or their unique Ambassador shopping link on third-party online marketplaces, including, but not limited to:

• Amazon

• eBay

• Etsy

Ambassadors may NOT create Moon and Back product listings, marketplace storefronts, seller accounts, advertisements, or other marketplace listings that could appear to be operated, sponsored, or authorized by Moon and Back.

Moon and Back's presence and product listings on third-party marketplaces are managed exclusively by Moon and Back.

This restriction does NOT prevent an Ambassador from sharing their unique shopping link through approved personal social-media channels such as Facebook and TikTok, provided all Ambassador Program Rules & Policies are followed.

🚫 MISREPRESENTATION & PROGRAM REMOVAL

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Moon and Back takes the honest and accurate representation of our company, products, and Ambassador Program seriously.

An Ambassador who violates these policies or misrepresents Moon and Back, its products, promotions, policies, or Ambassador Program may be suspended or immediately removed from the Moon and Back Ambassador Program.

Serious, fraudulent, or intentional misrepresentation may result in PERMANENT removal from the Ambassador Program.

An Ambassador permanently removed for serious or intentional misrepresentation will NOT be eligible to reapply or rejoin the Moon and Back Ambassador Program.

Commissions associated with fraudulent, misleading, prohibited, or otherwise ineligible activity may be forfeited.

Moon and Back reserves the right to withhold or cancel commissions resulting from violations of the Ambassador Program Rules & Policies.

↩️ REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & CHARGEBACKS

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Commissions are earned only on eligible completed purchases.

If an order is:

• Refunded

• Cancelled

• Reversed

• Disputed

• Charged back

• Determined to be fraudulent

• Otherwise determined to be ineligible

any commission associated with that transaction may be cancelled, withheld, or deducted from future Ambassador earnings when applicable.

🏪 WHOLESALE ORDERS

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Wholesale purchases are completely separate from the Moon and Back Ambassador Program.

Wholesale purchases do NOT qualify for:

• Ambassador commissions

• First-level downline commissions

• Lifetime qualifying customer sales

• Commission-tier advancement

• Monthly activity requirements

• Monthly Ambassador sales bonuses

🌙 INDEPENDENT AMBASSADOR STATUS

Participation in the Moon and Back Ambassador Program does not create an employer-employee, partnership, franchise, agency, or joint-venture relationship between the Ambassador and Moon and Back.

Ambassadors are independent participants in the program.

Ambassadors are responsible for their own promotional activities and any applicable tax obligations related to their Ambassador earnings.

Ambassadors are not authorized to enter into agreements, make commitments, incur expenses, accept obligations, or otherwise act legally on behalf of Moon and Back.

🎂 AGE REQUIREMENT

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Moon and Back Ambassador Program.

By applying, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to participate in the program.

📋 PROGRAM CHANGES

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Moon and Back reserves the right to reasonably modify or update the Ambassador Program, including its commission structure, bonuses, eligibility requirements, payment procedures, Rules & Policies, or other program features.

Ambassadors will be notified of material changes to the program.

💗 AGREEMENT TO PROGRAM RULES

By submitting an application to join the Moon and Back Ambassador Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to follow the Moon and Back Ambassador Program Rules & Policies.

Submitting an application does NOT guarantee acceptance into the Ambassador Program.

Approval and continued participation in the Moon and Back Ambassador Program are subject to compliance with these Rules & Policies.

A copy of the Moon and Back Ambassador Program Rules & Policies will be provided to approved Ambassadors by email for their records.

The Ambassador application should require the applicant to acknowledge the following:

• I understand that I am an independent Ambassador and not an employee, owner, partner, or legal representative of Moon and Back.

• I agree to follow Moon and Back's promotional, social-media, and marketplace restrictions.

• I understand that serious or intentional misrepresentation may result in permanent removal from the Ambassador Program and loss of eligibility to rejoin.

• I understand that commissions associated with fraudulent, misleading, prohibited, or otherwise ineligible activity may be forfeited.
