Mooshi Art

I am a 3D Artist who loves baking bread.

Here's my single serving (maybe two) Focaccia Bread recipe:

  • 120 grams Bread Flour or AP
  • 5 grams salt (Do not add extra, the salt is perfect)
  • 5 grams sugar
  • 3 grams Dry Active Yeast ( Follow yeast instructions)
  • 10 grams good olive oil
  • 90 grams warm water

Instructions:

  1. Mix together the flour, salt, sugar in a bowl. After make a crater in the center of the four mixture.
  2. Add the warm water into the crater and sprinkle in the yeast, mixing and then following the yeast instructions.
  3. After, pour the olive oil in.
  4. Using whatever you have, mix together the dough until you mix fully and form a sticky dough ball.
  5. Cover for 15 Minutes.
  6. Fold dough about 4-6 times.
  7. Cover for another 15 minutes.
  8. Spread the dough onto a pan and spread.
  9. (Here would be a good time to add your extra ingredients. I prefer to make a garlic puree with garlic, paprika, pepper, and a little rosemary then spread it onto the dough and add red onion, a good parmesan, and parsley for garnish)
  10. Dimple the dough with two fingers and drizzle on more olive oil.
  11. Let the dough rise for an hour.
  12. Pre-heat the oven to 400 F, for 20 minutes. Until the dough is golden.
