No Claiming Ownership

Do not claim any Morder Shop assets or worlds as your own. You may edit them, but ownership always remains with Morder Shop.

No Reselling / Redistribution

Do not resell, redistribute, trade, leak, or price split any files from this package.

No Sharing Files

Do not send, share, or give these files to friends or other users.

If purchasing as a gift, enter the recipient's information at checkout.

Credits Required

You must credit Morder Shop when using these assets.

Credits must remain in the project and cannot be removed.

World File Restrictions

VRChat world files cannot be resold or used commercially unless permission is given

World Commission both parties have to own the files Even For Edits

If you take money for an edit you use it for a commercial/Commission

Public World Permission

Some assets cannot be used in public worlds.

World Public Are Allowed.

No Refunds

All purchases are final.

Refunds will not be issued after purchase.

Update Disclaimer

I am not responsible if VRChat, Unity, or other updates break the asset.

I will try to fix issues when possible.

Modification Risk

Any modifications or edits are done at your own risk.

Terms Violations

Breaking these Terms of Service may result in loss of access to the product with no refund.
