I was a barefoot coastal kid with my toes either deep in the sand or running wild through the tall evergreens. Fast-forward to college, when my partner and I dove headfirst into a pact: co-op shopping only, and could we squeeze our weekly trash into one mason jar? Spoiler: It was equal parts mayhem and miracle—improvised zero-waste hacks, triumphant compost wins, and a crash course in gratitude for what truly matters. We didn't stop there. We gutted a 40-foot school bus, turned it into our rolling sanctuary, and hit the open road for 5½ years. From desert sunrises to mountian mists, slinging coffee from a mobile horse trailer we converted, to the reality of the now. 

Knee deep in trying to teach myself as much about homesteading and canning, chasing my chickens, playing with the pup, and— the sweetest plot twist yet—my blue-eyed little dude, whose every milky smile reminds me why we fight for a gentler world.

Becoming a new mama? It's been the ultimate ignition switch. All those years of quiet experiments in balms and brews, candles and crafts, suddenly bloomed into this fierce drive to invite others along for the ride. It's not about perfection; it's about those small, soul-stirring shifts that make life feel a little cleaner, a little brighter, a little more you.  Mossy Market is my open door to that world— a space woven from my coastal wanderings, skoolie sunsets, and mama-fueled fire. Here, we're all about ditching the disposable, and embracing the handmade.
