I've been rocking the vegetarian lifestyle for almost 10 years and I now mostly live by my own 'Flexi-Vegan' lifestyle. I'm a Personal Trainer and Professionally Trained Dancer, so food has always been a really important part of my day as a way of fuelling my body, and this is something that I'm constantly educating myself about!
