At MoviePlug, we really strive to exceed our customer's expectations. Our goal is to give you a special, top notch, stress-free experience while providing you with the unlimited entertainment you truly want.
However, in case it does turn out that you’re not completely satisfied with our service, here is our refund policy.
At MoviePlug we offer a 30 days money back guarantee. This means you can test our Premium Movie Library for 30 good days(a WHOLE Month) I.e If you are not satisfied with your subscription, simply contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase and you’ll receive a full refund of your purchase amount.
(Example: if you subscribe on the 16th of November, you have till 16th of December to test our premium service and then either request a refund, continue your membership, or cancel your subscription.
Within the first 30days of your subscription, you can request for a refund. On the 30th day by 11:59 PM you can no longer request for a refund.)
We'll allow refund for almost any reason, and we want you to be happy with your subscription.
To request for a refund, just visit our refund form page and fill the form and that's all, we refund your money — Simple as that.
Please be aware that there is one exclusion;
The only exclusion is if you attempt to play with our money back guarantee I.e "you subscribe, request for a refund, subscribe again, then request for a refund again" OR you request for a refund at the end of every month( - after the second time, we'll no longer process your refund).
Anyone caught doing any of these will not be entitled to a refund, we reserve the right to blacklist you in order to ensure our refund policy is not abused and we will notify you as such beforehand.
