Can I get a refund after purchasing the product?
Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer refunds for our products. Please check the product description carefully before making a purchase. If you have any doubts or questions about the product, feel free to get in touch with us before buying by clicking “Contact” at the top of the page. If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, we will have to dispute it. We work hard to offer you the best products and services, and we appreciate your support and understanding.
How do I access my purchase?
After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also create a Payhip account using the same email you purchased with to access your files anytime.
I didn’t receive my download email. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s not there, send me a message and I’ll resend your files manually.
How long do I have access to the files?
Forever. Once you’ve downloaded the product, it’s yours to keep. If you ever lose your files, just reach out and I’ll resend them.
What format are the files in?
Most products are delivered as PDF file. Please make sure you have a device or app that can open these formats before purchasing.
Can I print the materials?
Yes — all printable resources can be printed at home or through a local print shop. Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your printer settings.
Can I use these materials for my students?
Yes — you’re welcome to use the materials with your own private students during lessons. To keep things fair for creators, each student should purchase their own copy of the resource. Sharing the files, emailing them, or uploading them to shared drives isn’t allowed, but pointing families to the product page works beautifully.
Can I share or resell the product?
No. All products are for personal use only. Copying, redistributing, or reselling the files is not allowed.
Do you update your products?
Yes — when a product receives an update or improvement, you’ll automatically receive the updated version at no extra cost.
Do you offer technical support if I can’t open the files?
Absolutely. If you’re having trouble downloading or opening your files, send me a message through the Contact page and I’ll help you get everything sorted.
What currency are prices listed in?
All prices are listed in USD. Your bank or payment provider may convert the amount automatically if you’re purchasing from another country.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payhip accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.
