Cancellation & Refund Policy

Mystic Bhakti sells digital downloadable products. Due to the nature of digital goods, orders generally cannot be cancelled or returned once the digital product has been successfully delivered or made available for download.

Cancellations

As digital products may be delivered shortly after successful payment, cancellation may not be possible once access to the product has been provided.

Refunds

Digital purchases are generally non-refundable after successful delivery/download.

However, we will review genuine problems individually.

A refund or suitable resolution may be considered where a customer has been charged but the purchased digital product was not successfully delivered, the customer was charged more than once for the same transaction, or there is a significant technical problem with the supplied files that prevents reasonable use of the purchased product and we are unable to resolve it.

A change of mind after downloading or receiving the digital product would generally not qualify for a refund.

Please include your name, email address used for the purchase, order/payment details and a brief explanation of the issue.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method/payment provider. The time required for the amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the bank or payment provider.
