You are strictly prohibited from reselling any NEXAR™ SOLUTIONS products without proper authorisation. If you are caught doing so, your licence will be revoked and you will be blacklisted from all NEXAR™ SOLUTIONS products and services.

No False Ownership Claims

You must not claim ownership of any NEXAR™ SOLUTIONS product. Violations will result in immediate licence termination and blacklisting.

No Unauthorised Distribution

Sharing, redistributing, or leaking our products to other individuals is strictly forbidden. Offenders will have their licence revoked and be blacklisted.

Branding Must Remain Intact

You may customise the user interface (UI) of a NEXAR™ SOLUTIONS product to better fit your game's style. However, you may not claim the product as your own, even if modified. All NEXAR™ branding present within the UI must remain intact unless explicitly authorised for removal. Unauthorised removal of branding or misrepresentation of the product will result in licence revocation and blacklisting.

Product Modifications

Product modifications are permitted as long as all original NEXAR™ branding remains intact and clearly visible. Any attempt to remove, obscure, or alter branding without authorisation will be treated as a breach of terms and may result in licence revocation and blacklisting.

No Code Tampering or De-obfuscation

Attempting to modify, reverse-engineer, or de-obfuscate our scripts is strictly forbidden. Any such action will result in immediate blacklisting.

Licence Required

Use of any NEXAR™ product requires a valid licence, which can only be obtained through official purchase. Licences are valid only for the group or game holder. You may gift a licence using the parcel gifting feature. Unauthorised usage will be treated as a leak, resulting in blacklisting.

• Breach of any of these terms may result in blacklisting at our sole discretion.

• We reserve the right to revoke your licence at any time and without prior notice.

• NEXAR™ SOLUTIONS reserves the right to remove your access to the product at any time, without providing a reason.

• No refunds are provided under any circumstances, including purchases made via Payhip or any other platform. All sales are final.

Q: I bought it on the wrong account, can I have this account refunded or transferred?

• Licence transfers are not permitted after purchase. The parcel gifting feature allows you to assign the licence to another account only at the time of purchase. Please ensure you select the correct account before completing your purchase.
