NFG Terms of Service

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any product sold or distributed by NFG, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Refunds

All sales of NFG digital products are final.

Because NFG products are digital goods that may be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted or files have been delivered.

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

2. License & Permitted Use

Purchasing an NFG product grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the purchased asset in your own projects.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership, copyright, or intellectual-property rights in the original NFG asset.

3. Reselling & Redistribution

You may not:

Resell NFG assets
Reupload or redistribute NFG assets
Share purchased files with friends, groups, developers, or third parties
Upload the original files to another marketplace or website
Give away purchased assets for free
Claim NFG assets as your own work
Sell or distribute modified versions of NFG assets as standalone products

Your purchase is intended for your authorized use only.

4. Unauthorized Distribution

Any unauthorized sharing, leaking, redistribution, or resale of NFG products may result in:

Revocation of product access
Removal from NFG services or communities
Termination of whitelist privileges
Further action to protect NFG intellectual property

5. Whitelists & Special Access

Any whitelist, role, perk, early-access privilege, or other special access provided by NFG is granted at NFG's discretion.

NFG may suspend or remove these privileges when necessary, including in cases involving violations of these Terms of Service, abuse of NFG services, or unauthorized distribution.

Loss of a whitelist or special privilege does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a refund.

6. Product Access & Revocation

NFG reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to a product or service when there is a reasonable basis to believe that:

These Terms of Service have been violated
The product has been redistributed or resold
Fraudulent activity has occurred
Payment has been reversed or disputed improperly
NFG intellectual property has been misused

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with a purchase, you should contact NFG before filing a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of access to NFG products and services associated with the transaction.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, NFG retains all applicable rights to its:

Original models
Textures
Uniforms
Graphics
Designs
Product files
Branding
Logos
Other original digital content

Purchasing an asset grants usage rights under these terms but does not transfer ownership of the original work.

9. Product Modifications

You may modify purchased assets for use within your own authorized projects unless a specific product states otherwise.

Modified NFG assets remain subject to these Terms of Service and may not be redistributed or sold as standalone assets.

10. Product Updates

NFG may update, modify, improve, replace, or discontinue products over time.

Unless specifically stated on the product page, purchasing a product does not guarantee future updates, additional content, or continued development.

11. Account & Purchase Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining access to the accounts and email addresses associated with your purchases.

NFG may request reasonable proof of purchase before restoring access or providing purchase-related support.

12. Terms of Service Updates

NFG may update these Terms of Service as the store, products, or services change.

The latest version published on the NFG website will apply to future purchases and continued use of NFG services, subject to applicable law.
